"The pillow was great initially, but it began to slowly deflate over night. Upon inspection, the leak is the result of the valve connection piece having sharp corners. I’m very disappointed in this design flaw as it renders the product unable to last long term."
"Hello, All our mattress for backpacking are Thermarest so we decided to also go for Themarest pillow after several disappointing experiences with other brands (deflating pillows after few days). And we got very disappointed, since our brand new pillow got a hole in the seam sealing after only the first night. "This thing is great at first. . . lightweight, comfortable, packable. However, It cannot stand up to repeated use. I use it for ~2 weeks at a time as a wildland firefighter and it continues to fail on me. Thermarest has been great with warranty replacements but I'm done. Every single one continues to fail after 20-30 days of use."

"Comfy pillow, did not lose air. I wasn't rough with it, kept it stored in my bag and no issues inflating. It is very soft and didn't fly around the pad at night"
"Stopped holding air within the first few weeks of using this pillow. I am not hard on my camping gear and I attempted to find and repair the leak several times but because it is near the mouthpiece to inflate the pillow I was unsuccessful. It seems like a poor design to have a hard plastic piece in an item that is inflatable. Definitely do not recommend this product."

Now i bought ( by amazon ) a pillow air head lite pillow , large , and it was a hole in the seam sealing. Well i know this thing can happened. I’m no disappointed ( just a little sad because i want to use it sooner , but any way ). I will send you picture and just tell me how to proceed."
"Just received the pillow I ordered and the first thing I did was throw it on the scale to check the weight. Advertised weight for the large pillow is 2.8 oz. It's weighing in at 3.4 oz. and I realize this is really nothing in the grand scheme of things but, where is the quality control? Really disappointed and I haven't even tried it yet. If all their gear is off this much (roughly 20%)......not good. I definitely expect better for the price I'm paying. By the way, without the stuff sack, it still weighs in at 3.1 oz. I've weighed the item on a postage scale and my reloading scale, so I'm fairly confident in the weights."
