Online Sales Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased directly from CascadeDesigns.com, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Some items such as stoves and water filters are non returnable and are noted as such at the time of purchase.

All returned items must be in new condition. Please be sure no dirt, grass or pet hair is on the item you are returning.

To make the return/exchange process super speedy, it all starts with creating an RA number (Return Authorization) for your item. Start by going to: http://cascadedesigns.com/orderreturn. Next enter your email address and order number, then click Start Return. Finally, enter quantities for the items you would like to return and click Submit Return.

Package the item you are returning or exchanging and attach the shipping label which includes your RA number to the outside of the box. For a return we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item. Sales tax will not show as a refund until after your product has been processed in our system.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Cascade Designs cannot replace items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable.

It generally takes 3 to 5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed. Once the return is processed you will get an email confirmation.

If you’d like to exchange your product for something else the best thing to do is return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time.
